Yes, Dominguez & Sons Construction is fully licensed, bonded, and insured. 

Dominguez & Sons Construction specializes in new construction and home remodeling. There is no project too big or too small for us. 

Since every project is unique, we provide a complimentary on-site visit and consultation to determine the specific needs and cost of the project. We ensure that our pricing is clear and free from any undisclosed fees or charges that may surprise our customers. We will travel up to 1 hour for free 

on-site estimates.

We will obtain all the necessary permits at the owner's expense. Also, we take care of all the inspections for every project. Obtaining these permits is essential to ensure that the project is in compliance with local regulations and to avoid any fines.

Between the company owner and our employees there is a combined 25 years of industry experience. We have seen it all, worked through it all, and know what to do when facing issues related to permitting, production, and planning. 

Construction work hours are from 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday, but hours can vary depending on the scope of the project.

This will depend entirely on the scope of the project, however the estimated length of build time will be stated within your contract.

Yes, there will be a legal agreement between the owner of the property and our contractor who will be performing the construction work. It will outline the scope of work, risks, duration, duties, deliverables, and legal rights of both the contractor and the owner. 

We will ensure that the site is clean and all debris is properly disposed of, leaving you with a finished project that you can enjoy immediately.

 We offer 2nd project discount for returning customers and for referrals.
